  1. I agree with your comments. But, I have to say that there are lots of managers who just don’t understand how important Lean can be to their operations. These managers think that if they hire someone with experience, their problem will be resolved. Not so. The process is far more important than they want to believe.

  2. I agree with you. Experience is important, but people need to have more knowledge about how to use information system. Information technology increasingly plays a important part in companies. Therefore, although hiring someone with experience, the problems may not be resolved.
